Research Associate: Full Professor at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), Researcher at the Ingenio Research Institute (CSIC-UPV) and  Extraordinary Professor at the University of the Free State (South Africa) and coordinates the European Hub for Transformative Innovation Policy, a joint initiative of TIPC and Eu-SPRI.
Research interests:  Transformative innovation policy, human development, social innovation, and higher education, with expertise in participatory methodologies for co-design and evaluation.

Dr Ntimi N Mtawa
Research Associate:  A Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam, School of Education, Department of Education Foundations, Management and Life-Long Learning in Tanzania. 
Research Interests: Higher education, Human development, Educational management, Educational policy, University-community engagement and the public good, and Innovation ecosystem. He is currently working on Language(s), Capabilities and Humanisation in Higher Education in Tanzania and Kenya, a project funded by the British Academic.

Dr Tiffany Banda
Research associate: A lecturer in the school of Education at University of Malawi
Research Interests: Marginalisation, Higher Education, Capabiities approach. She is currently involved in Europen Union funded project aimed at traning higher education instituional leaders in education for sustainable development. She serves as a UNESCO consultant on an initiative to integrate climate smart education systems into Malawi's primary, secondary and teacher education curricula. She is also part of a research team developing a repository on education resilience systems accross 42 countries funded by Global Partnership for Education- Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (GPE-KIX)
