1. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
In addition to the requirements as presented in 1.4 under General Information in this Rule Book, the following also applies:
- (i) Candidates must have an Exit Level 7 qualification with an average mark of at least 65% in drama, fine arts, art history, languages, media studies or any other relevant Exit Level 7 qualification.
- (ii) Applications are subject to preliminary assessment and/or additional study as suggested in consultation with the programme director as representative of the Programme Committee.
- (iii) Particular attention will be paid to the candidates’ proven writing and critical thinking skills.
- (iv) Candidates may only register after the programme director has issued a letter of approval for their admission and selection of modules.

3. ASSESSMENT
Students write a research report which is aligned with their production of short films (FVMR6800, 60 credits), and they complete a series of assignments and a final assessment or examination paper for each of the other two modules (FVMA6800 and FVMH6800, 30 credits each)

- (ii) Candidates are subject to preliminary assessment and/or additional study, decided on in consultation with the programme director as representative of the Programme Committee.
- (iii) The pass mark for the Exit Level 8 qualification must be 65% or more.
- (iv) Candidates may register for the degree only after the programme director has issued a letter of approval for their admission and choice of curriculum.
