At the core of the student journey, our department is entrusted with the responsibility of delivering exceptional service for seamless student administration on a daily basis. We operate through five distinct sub-departments:
• Academic Records & Transcripts Administration – Maintaining student records, processing transcripts and issuing certifications.
• Curriculum Administration – Managing academic programme structures, course setup, and timetabling.
• Enrolment Administration – Managing the enrolment process, including processing of admissions decisions.
• Examinations & Graduation Administration – Overseeing the secure and efficient delivery of exams, assessments and graduation ceremonies.
• Student Contact Services – Providing frontline support, guidance and managing student communications.
These units are strategically stationed across our three campuses to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Each of our five (5) sub-departments is staffed by proficient personnel who are experts at addressing a wide range of student inquiries. SAS ensures compliance by upholding academic policies, managing regulatory reporting and safeguarding student records. We also oversee key academic processes such as enrolment, grading and degree audits, continuously improving efficiency and service delivery.
