Are you a fully registered UFS student for the 2025 academic year? (*)

Do you meet the academic performance requirements? (*)

( Senior students: 65%+ average from previous year for three consecutive semesters)
Do you have a portfolio or motivation letter demonstrating how you embody UFS values (particularly related to well-being)? (*)

Are you involved in any of the following areas? (Select all that apply) (*)






Can you represent diverse student well-being perspectives (mental, emotional, financial, social, academic, etc.)? (*)
