Eshaak (Isaac) Lakhi

Isaac Lakhi is a transformational leader whose life and career embody resilience, innovation, and measurable impact across finance, leadership, and social development.

At the age of 22, he survived a life-altering car accident that resulted in an 80% brain disability. Rather than retreat, he rebuilt his life with discipline and purpose—culminating in a deeply personal commitment fulfilled over 18 years through the donation of 80 units of blood. This defining chapter shaped a leader grounded in service, endurance, and ethical responsibility.

He began his corporate career in banking, rising to become a member of the First National Bank (FNB) Commercial Banking Operations Executive Committee. During a critical period between 2008 and 2013, he played a pivotal role in resolving persistent regulatory and B-BBEE audit challenges. By redesigning processes and implementing disciplined operational controls, he helped the bank achieve clean regulatory outcomes—addressing a long-standing organisational risk that others had been unable to resolve.

Beyond banking, Isaac has demonstrated sustained impact in economic development and governance. As Chairman of the Investment Committee and Trustee of the Enablis Khula Loan Fund, he contributed to funding high-growth entrepreneurial ventures that created over 5,001 jobs, while delivering an annualised return of 16.25% to stakeholders. He also served as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Risk Committee for Rise Against Hunger, a global humanitarian organisation that has collectively facilitated the distribution of over 500 million meals since inception, contributing to global food security.

As an entrepreneur, Isaac is the Founder and CEO of Lakhify™, a fintech enterprise with a presence in South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Malaysia. The company is pioneering AI-driven financial literacy and investment platforms, equipping individuals and institutions with intelligent tools to navigate modern financial ecosystems and build sustainable wealth.

He is also the Founder of the Elysium Institute, an executive leadership platform focused on future-ready leadership in the age of artificial intelligence and systemic disruption. Through innovations such as the Elysium Dream Catcher—a subconscious AI-based leadership and personal development system—he is redefining how leaders access clarity, resilience, and decision-making intelligence by integrating cognitive, emotional, and behavioural insight.

Isaac is the Chairman of Lakhi® Publishers and The LAEN Foundation, initiatives focused on thought leadership, financial inclusion, and leadership empowerment.

He is a published author of multiple works, including Elysium Odyssey, Highway to Heaven, and Mike Coxsmall’s Journey to Financial Independence, contributing to discourse on leadership, transformation, and financial consciousness.

His thought leadership extends globally, with participation in leading economic and policy forums including the World Economic Forum (Davos), Qatar Economic Forum, G20, B20, and the Bloomberg Africa Business Summit. He regularly publishes leadership insights and strategic commentary through professional platforms.

Isaac has lived and worked across multiple international markets, including London and Kuala Lumpur, bringing a global perspective to leadership, finance, and development.

His career reflects a consistent commitment to ethical leadership, innovation, and societal impact—bridging corporate performance, entrepreneurial growth, and human development.
