Motivations for EDSA Recognition

Please complete the EDSA Motivation by providing a brief written explanation of how the motivation demonstrates any two of the following five values. Use the guiding questions on each value to assist in developing your response. These responses will form part of the core assessment criteria as stated in the guidelines

(Demonstrated African and global societal impact of an activity. Team member in a national activity, who plays a leadership role in the team)
  1. Sustainability
(Sustainability programmes that address Sustainable Development Goals and have evidence of global impact)
  1. Excellence

(All award winners must maintain a good academic average of no less than 65% at the point of submission)

  1. Care
(Evidence of demonstrated care to the global community)
  1. Social Justice
(Demonstrated evidence for assisting the university with its transformation objectives)
