Registration Fees


Registration includes accommodation, program, book of abstracts, meals, lunches, teas, all transport between airport, lodge and conference venue, game drive and all official social functions. (For accompanying persons, registration includes accommodation, meals, lunches, teas, all transport between airport, lodge and conference venue, game drive and all official social functions).


Accommodation will be provided in the Bains Game Lodge, with options as given under registration fees below. Please make your selection on the registration form, to be downloaded as described above.


Academic Registration: Sharing (R3500; after 15 June 2009: R4000)


Academic Registration: Single (R4300; after 15 June 2009: R4800)


Student (& post doc): a)  Sharing: (R2800; after 15 June 2009: R3300)

a) Bona Fide students, letter from supervisor may be requested by INORG2009


b) Fee covers everything for the full duration of the conference


except (i) accommodation and (ii) Kimberley excursion on Wed 16 Sept.


Excursions (Wed 16 Sept)


There will be two possible excursions on Wednesday afternoon, 16 Sept, (i) a game trip to a game park close to Bloemfontein or (ii) a trip to Kimberley.  Additional payment for the Kimberley trip is required and booking essential as per detail on the registration form, to be downloaded as described above.
