Terms & Conditions of Registration
- Submission of a registration form does not guarantee participation in the conference. Participation is subject to acceptance and confirmation by the Organising Committee.
- Only participants who receive an official confirmation of acceptance may attend the conference.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Organising Committee on or before 5th November 2026. Cancellations received after this date may not be accepted.
- Conference registration is separate from abstract submission. Participants who wish to present a poster must submit their abstracts separately in accordance with the abstract submission guidelines and deadline.
- Participation in poster presentations and workshops is subject to separate selection and confirmation. Only participants who receive official confirmation of selection may participate in these sessions.
- IC-P-MIND reserves the right to amend, modify, or make changes to the conference programme, including speakers, sessions, timings, and activities, where necessary.
