Nastassja obtained degrees in B.Sc. Behavioural Genetics (2009), B.Sc. Honours in Psychology (2010) and B.Com Honours in Industrial Psychology (2012) at the University of the Free State.

Nastassja was a Learning Developer for the faculties Health Sciences and Education from 2013 – 2015.  She is currently the coordinator of student training and development for the Curriculum Delivery and Innovation division of CTL.  Projects she coordinates includes the Student Success Portal, EduTech Buddy Project, Blackboard Student Helpdesk, Learning developer training program, student technologies training initiatives and marketing of the Student Technologies Program.
