Information

Applications for the 2027 intake of the Counselling Psychology and the Clinical Psychology master’s programmes are now open.  

All applicants should: 

  1. Choose the programme they would like to be selected for (either clinical OR counselling, applicants cannot apply to both programmes);
  2. Apply to the UFS for admission as a postgraduate student in 2027 in the chosen programme.
  3. Apply directly to the Department of Psychology for selection.  The closing date for departmental applications: 31 May 2026. Select one of the following to learn more about the application and selection process:
