Peter Mosikili obtained a BSc in IT and Management from the UFS in 2011 and is currently busy with his master’s degree in Higher Education at the UFS. He received supplemental instruction (SI) training and attended numerous peer-collaborative learning workshops and he is a peer tutoring coordinator (SI supervisor). Peter served as a part-time FET lecturer (Computer Practice) and a part-time PGCE lecturer (Computer Applications Technology) at the UFS. In terms of research, Peter has conducted several peer-facilitation learning research projects at the QwaQwa Campus on how to improve students’ success and engagement in tutorials settings. The focus of his current study is creating a sustainable learning model for first-year students by using a relational leadership strategy.
