The University of the Free State uses the eRIMS platform provided by InfoEd Global to manage research activities. This includes ethics, research outputs, funding applications, grants and contracts, agreements and disclosures. These modules are all part of the research life cycle and can be accessed by logging on to the RIMS web portal, here.
The platform is available to all staff and students of the UFS. It is also accessible to external stakeholders wishing to engage with the UFS in research or stakeholders who want UFS staff or students to participate in their research.
