Dear Researcher,

We would like to highlight an important change in the submission process for funding agencies. As part of the Directorate Research Development’s (DRD) commitment to refine the quality of proposals, we encourage you to work with our office and submit your budgets for screening and approval at least 10 days before the final submission date.

This step allows sufficient time for any necessary changes and clarifications to be made before the final submission deadline.

Additionally, if your proposal requires a letter of support from our institution, please reach out to DRD well in advance. We will draft a letter that highlights the importance and value of your research.

DRD is dedicated to supporting your research efforts and ensuring that your proposals are as strong as possible. We believe that this new process will help streamline the submission process and improve the quality of proposals we submit to funding agencies.
