Corporate Finance and Accounting for Lawyers and Other Professionals

Through the course of their careers, law graduates find themselves dealing with corporate finance issues that are generally left out the law curriculum. Finance and law are co-constituted and, therefore, a fundamental understanding of corporate finance will be beneficial to legal practitioners.
