SCOPE OF INFORMATION


Short Description of the SLP: A six-month course (following the basic course) dealing with advanced legislative principles regulating the individual and collective labour law relationship. It includes topics relating to the individual employment relationship, collective labour law and resolution of labour disputes.

Assessments: 4 assignments (continuously through semester) and one final assessment (formative) at the end of the course.
