The programme provides participants with the needed competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes) to facilitate a better understanding of the human resources environment and manage human resource development processes and practices in municipalities. |

Senior Managers, Middle Managers, Junior Managers and Representatives from Labour at Academic Level 5. |

One week/50 Hours, of which 6 hours face to face per day and 2 hours per day dedicated to self-study |

• Theoretical Framework of Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development and how to apply it.
• Importance and value of Evidenced Policy and Practice and how to apply this and make a greater impact.
• Application of the Integrated Management Framework for HRD and how to apply a variety of HRD tools. |
