Short Description of the SLP: The programme provides participants with the needed competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes) to facilitate a better understanding of the human resources environment and manage human resource development processes and practices in municipalities.
Admission Requirements: Senior Managers, Middle Managers, Junior Managers and Representatives from Labour at Academic Level 5.
Learning Duration: One week/50 Hours, of which 6 hours face to face per day and 2 hours per day dedicated to self-study

• Application of the Integrated Management Framework for HRD and how to apply a variety of HRD tools.
