The University of the Free State’s School of Financial Planning Law (SFPL) is presenting an innovative Employee Benefits Short Learning Programme that is focused on training Employee Benefits Consultants. This Short Learning Programme will up skill employee benefits consultants, technical and practical knowledge. |

Programme Structure: |
The handbook, study guide and access to the UFS learning platform will contain the basics of the programme. Additional reading material and sources (such as legislation and related regulations) will be provided. Lectures and content will be presented through audio and visual methods. Discussions and possible questions that may arise can be done via the discussion page on the learning platform. |
Assessments: |
Participants will be assessed during the course of the workshop by way of multiple choice questions relevant to the learning units. Individual assignments must be completed which will focus on the technical knowledge that that participant acquired during the workshop and through some research. |
