Short Description of the SLP: A six-month programme dealing with basic legislative and theoretical principles regulating labour conflict resolution. It includes topics relating to alternative forms of dispute resolution e.g. negotiation, conciliation, mediation, arbitration, as well as conflict analysis and conflict sensitivity.
Admission Requirements: Grade 12 and NQF Level 5 SLP (for example BPLL) or adequate proof of prior learning.
