| Short Description of the SLP: |
This short learning programme deals with basic legislative and theoretical principles regulating labour conflict resolution. It includes topics relating to alternative forms of dispute resolution e.g. negotiation, conciliation, mediation, arbitration as well as conflict analysis and conflict sensitivity. |
