Protection Services offers secure and coordinated support for photo shoots on the Bloemfontein Campus, covering special occasions such as weddings, matric farewells, and more.

To book a location, applicants must complete, sign, and submit the reservation form at least 15 working days prior to the scheduled shoot. Forms should be directed to Protection Services, located in Alumni Avenue. Upon review, the form will be signed by the Operational Coordinator in Protection Services and returned within five working days, finalising the contract with the UFS.
