Surveillance cameras allow security staff to view images from across the three campuses. State-of-the-art CCTV cameras are monitored around the clock by members of Protection Services. These cameras play a vital role in the investigation of incidents as well as the real-time detection of criminal activities taking place on campuses. The use of surveillance cameras not only helps to monitor campus activities, but also to respond promptly to incidents. A number of arrests were made due to the use of the cameras where incidents of crime were in progress and after the incidents were reported using CCTV footage.
