Acknowledging the BBSA YCC

The BBSA and UFS fund the BBSA Yeast Culture Collection and can distribute accessioned yeast strains with a handling fee of R250.00 per strain to the scientific and industrial communities. The culture collection needs to track and document the impact of our work and the yeast strains we distribute in our annual reports to ensure continued funding. We request that recipients acknowledge the contribution of the BBSA Yeast Culture Collection to any work using yeast from the culture collection by including the following text: "Yeast strains used in this work were provided by the BBSA Yeast Culture Collection (BBSA YCC)."
